We stayed in an apartment on the ground floor and being able to wheel the pushchair in and out as we pleased was such a bonus. Under the sofas hadn't been cleaned properly, as when I dropped something under them we found dried pasta which we hadn't had. Moving the sofas isn't difficult so I would've expected these to have been clean under. Our sink also disdnt drain proper despite my partner looking at it, it continued to clog up. Just on our way home from a 4 day break. Having stayed on other Haven sites and had good experiences, after reading reviews on this one expected the worst. We be stayed in a comfort apartment with balcony on Bala. Was very pleased with accommodation, and site overall. Litter pickers out during the day. Expect it gets packed during school holidays as huge, but seemed a perfect time to go now. Used the pub by the apartments, expensive but served straight away. Swimming was good,...read full review
This is one of our favourite Havens. We really enjoyed our stay, only had the hideaway but just wanted a base really. A great place to visit interesting places. The caravan was clean, comfortable & in a quiet location. The staff were very pleasant & helpful. We will be back in a year or so.
