Confused - have been into Costa in Rhyl (and many other Costa Coffee shops) with my dog without any problem. Called in Rhyl to buy a takeaway coffee today and was asked to leave. I have checked on the Costa Coffee UK website and dogs are apparently welcome. I presume that each franchise holder can make their own decision on dogs - this is understandable. Am not a coffee person, but hot chocolates lure me. I had a hot chocolate with my friend and cinnamon bun.... Had a good time. It's a nice ambience but mostly it's close to full, not coz people have it there, but there are mostly take aways....

i love costa coffee but having one in rhyl the member of the staff needed to be trained how too make a latte i watch how she did it she put loads of milk in first then the coffee after it wasn't frothy enough
