Lovely pub, great to meet the locals of Ruthin. Ask for Rich or just chat to the friendly staff. There's no food so don't expect a meal and a pint. This is a pub of pubs, chat beer and beer!! Had meny a great time in the boars!
A good pint and friendly pub. Atmosphere was good, quite lively. Had the football on when we were there and there was a good group of people watching - the TV was up high though so you could see it from a lot of places. Worth a visit if you're in Ruthin.

We called in for a couple of drinks,first round he did my wife a gin and coke ?lol second round better, there were only two other people in so it lacked a bit of atmosphere .Cheers Duncan and Helen
