Units 3&4, King St, Brynmawr, Ebbw Vale“Fantastic little Italian restaurant tucked away in Brynmawr. Well worth finding for a visit for lunch or dinner.”
Food was good size portions and very tasty, authentic dishes obviously made with fresh ingredients. Desserts were to die for.
Service was great with attentative friendly staff, a very pleasant experience.
Quiet, comfortable atmosphere was and nice relaxing background music.
Highly recommend a visit if you are in the area.

The Homestead Cafè
85 Bailey St, Brynmawr, Ebbw ValeI stopped at this CAFE on a really long bike ride and the staff were really friendly, it was that typical Welsh hospitality. Only had a coffee and a fizzy pop but would absolutely recommend anybody else to come here on their bike rides. There was ample seating outside and you could easily see your bike through the window when you went inside to order. Thanks ?

Booked a few days ago online and was quite surprised to get a table but they managed to get us in and we left there very impressed. The food was fresh, tasted great and there was plenty of it. The service we received was outstanding! I didn’t get a name but a female member of staff was very accommodating from the moment we came in until the time we left! We will definitely be returning again soon!

They also do a curry night on a Thursday, (curry and a pint) which is very tasty. I highly recommend this place.

The Badminton
Beaufort Terrace, Beaufort, Ebbw ValeHad a small wake for our dearly beloved Emrys yesterday 6th December 2023. The atmosphere, service and room were perfect for our gathering. Drinks and food good value and the service received was just great. Just sad that we had to find out on such a sad occasion. Thanks all for making this sad time more enjoyable.

Food was top notch, had Sweet and sour hk style and egg fried rice. Boiling hot and fresh as a daisy. Delicious! Thank you Smiling valley!

Food was lovely and good friendly atmosphere.
Came back again this week ,again Lovely food Scampi & Chips cooked to perfection infact that good came back the following day.

Valley's Spice Indian Restaurant & Takeaway
8 Church St, Ebbw ValeToday I went on my own for a meal, ordering an appetiser, lamb passanda, coconut rice and garlic and cheese nan bread. It was beautiful. As you see the plate was empty afterwards.
The food- full of flavour and hot in temperature. The food tasted fresh and had good texture and meat was tender.
The staff- Staff were very polite and friendly, I was served by a gentleman and a lady who always had a pleasant smile.
The restaurant was not too busy but it had a nice relaxing atmosphere with gentle music playing.
It has disabled access although entrance doors could be difficult to navigate through without help. There are toilets on the lower level.
The restaurant is over two level with suitable lighting so you can relax and enjoy your food and not be blinded by bright lights.
It was a good evening and I enjoyed it. The other customers also seemed to be relaxed and able to chat without difficulty and were enjoying their food. I look forward to coming here again soon.

Nice lady serving.

Marmaris Kebab Brynmawr
10 Beaufort St, Brynmawr, Ebbw ValeOnly kebab shop we order from. Food is always hot, fresh and good value for money. The lovely boy who delivers always say 'sorry if you had to wait' and once we had only ordered 20 minutes before. Have never waited longer than 40 minutes. I highly recommend trying their roasties.

Always arrives in good time, hot. Always generous portions of meat, salad and sauce. The only thing would be I can't seem to be able to order an extra pita on it's own through just eat, which i'd like to be able to do. But the food is always top!

Cowgirls burgers

Had a bacon cheese burger.
Honest opinion...
Bit on the small size and maybe the bacon could have been cooked a bit more, but this Is just my opinion you may like your bacon as it comes everyone's different.
Burger itself and the cheese were spot on plenty of flavor and cooked perfectly.
Would I go again? Definitely.
If you read through most of the 1 star reviews they relate to deliverys which I think is a bit unfair as once it's left the shop what can they do about it.
Best to get off your backsides pick it up and try it fresh off the hot plate.
