Passed by The Mother Huff Cap a few months ago and thought it looked a lovely venue for a family birthday lunch. Dropped in for dinner one evening and after a short chat with the staff decided to hold my 60th Birthday lunch there.A custom menu was agreed from the various available menus and pre-chosen by the 27 guests. Lovely afternoon meal on a Saturday! We had burgers and a beef stroganoff which were all really nice and decent portions. The beef burgers were large doubles and the chicken burger was huge too! It wasn’t too busy and could tell it was fresh, when we went so our food was out quick and hot. No complaints and friendly staff. Will come again.
