Bear with me on this. It's a caravan in a layby, run by 'Kevlar' (a nickname indicating nothing sticks). 'Kev' used to drive car transporters, and had a business called Kar Delivery Services. When he switched to the food business, he wanted a name which would allow the use of the merchandising materials from the previous business (KDS) and hence Kevlars Dining Shack. OK. The food. I have always driven past Kevlars Dining Shack in the course of my day to day work. I would never have imagined that my taste buds would be given such royal treatment in the middle of nowhere. I raise my hands in respect to Kev and his fantastic caravan kitchen.
