Fantastic atmosphere and a cafe steeped in family history, it's certainly not one to miss if you're a car enthusiast! If you are a petrol head this is a place to visit. The food was cooked well along with nice coffee at a reasonable price. We travelled 2.25 hours via country roads for the Atmosphere. Was it worth it I would say definitely yes.Parking: While the front of Gilks is small and gets packed with bikes there is plenty of room round the back.

Had heard lots of good things about this place and had been meaning to go for ages. I won't leave it as long next time. Loved it.It was busy! But I found a seat easily and quickly.Lots of interesting things to look at and normally some nice cars in the car park.Caters for cyclists with a covered rack.Outside seating as well as inside.Great selection of cakes.I had a butty and coffee, both lovelyParking: If its busy parking is tight but there's space out on the road
