Food was tasty, hot and fairly quick - cooked to order and done in front of me. Place looked clean enough - nothing WRONG - but there was no real atmosphere to speak of - and staff while polite - did not engage in conversation - to the point - I felt - 'ignored'. Feels a little like I'm nit picking - but gotta say it how I see it!!!!
Great watching the pizza being made. Though they would benefit from focusing on walkIn customers instead of answering phone making people wait. Two people walked out behind me because they were not serving walk in customers and focusing on phone service instead. Maybe one person foces on telephone customers and one on walk in customers. If your going to focus on telephone ordering and delivery then close your stores to walk in customers. Pizza Hut will help you out.
