Good hotel, family business. In old English style. Nice pub and small restaurant downstairs. Prices are affordable. Rooms are cleaned every day. Clean and tidy. Free parking right in front of the hotel. Big shower in the room. Window that can be opened. Petrol station and shop 2 minutes walk. Honestly, I liked it. Pub prices are affordable. I was satisfied. Absolutely amazing food! Have passed by many times but we decided to give it a go! And so glad we did! Chicken Wings (starters) were the largest I've seen and super tasty! Pork Belly (other starter) was equally delicious!Mains, we had Chicken supreme(yum) and Gammon (equally yum). The triple fried chips are to die for! We will definitely be going back! We were looking for somewhere to eat and stumbled across this little hotel and restaurant. It was a bit quiet and we thought we had made a mistake however, our worry turned into elation as the food was absolutely superb! all fresh and cooked to perfection. Jimmy, the waiter, was exceptionally polite and very tentative. A truly wonderful experience. See you soon.
