I don’t usually eat at airports as can never get anything I like or that suits my diet and allergies but I looked at all bar one for vegan and gluten free option. I have never eaten in one before . Both Jack and Lucy were so so helpful with checking everything out for me with a comprehensive allergy check system which was very good and threw out the options I could have I chose the nourish bowl which had Quiona buckwheat baby spinach rocket broad beans heirloom tomatoes broccoli...read full review
Situated at gates 1-40 this place is well worth the short walk from the main restaurants. Always quiet in the area as well. The full English breakfast is one of the best I've ever had in this sort of establishment or many hotels for that matter. Proper butchers sausages and beautiful smoked bacon. I made a point of going to thank the chef. Lovely fresh fruit smoothies and good coffee. The service was excellent as well. We will always return here when we fly from Birmingham.
