I hate Birmingham Airport. It is undeniably the worst airport I have used in the UK.The Caffè Nero in Birmingham Airport is the best Caffè Nero I have been in, and itâs all down to one man. Standard airport mitigations like paper cups etc. But we attended Caffè Nero to get our coffees using our free voucher from vitality, and the service we received was as if we had put in an order or ÂŁ20,000 of stuff. Staff welcoming and friendly. Brought my order to my table with a smile. Food was well heated up, cafĂŠ nice and clean as well. Nice relaxing playlist on too, mix of R and B and Bossa Nova. CafĂŠ has a nice European vibe.

2nd March very rude brunette member of staff (wearing North face Tshirt) clearly didn't want to be there. Just quit love. The rest of the staff very pleasant and yes it's a demanding job being in an airport..
