This is the second location of costa which I have tried. This place has a nice ambience and is a good place to sit and spend your time. I had a flight early in the morning and had a layover of about 9:00 hours. Stayed couple of hours here and had good time. Their mint tea is nice and the snacks they got are great too.
I spilled my drink before I could even drink it and when Kavita, one of the baristas saw what happened she immediate came and said don't worry she'll take care of it. She came back with a mop and cleaned the mess I made. She was so incredibly kind, she made me another drink for free without me even asking. Then she came around again to give me a snack to go with it. I was deeply touched by her gesture that I cried the whole time I was sat there. it's not something you see everyday...read full review
