First time coming to this Big John's. Food was great. Fresh chips too. Service was fine. Was going to eat in but the place looked a little too dingy and there was still stuff on the tables from previous customers so we just ate in the car.One of the few Halal places in the vicinity that's got at least a 3* cleanliness and was open at the time.Dietary restrictions: Halal
Great selection of food, and at excellent prices..... Snack meal deals as little as £3. Service bit awkward as guy didn't speak much English (or my Cornish accent in Birmingham?) got there in the end.Food was top notch, hot and full of flavour, but too many chips.... Wish we had this franchise down in West Country!!! See you next time we are in the area (probably when we are working at NEC next)

Eh, the staff were yelling at each other, so I thought they were yelling at me, the Fanta frozens lose their flavour like halfway through, when you ask for salt and vinegar on the chips they don't put it on.
