Clean store, the girls inside are quick and efficient. The chai latte is usually very good here but it can be a hit and miss. Plenty of seating and social distancing is being followed. Overall, I’d recommend it!
A back story, please bear with me. I’ve gone cold turkey on coffee for the past 3 days, i had sold my espresso machine on the weekend. There is me, in Chelmsley Wood, post COVID vaccination, with a craving for the liquid gold. I nearly wept when I saw Costa Coffee pop up on Google Maps when I typed in “Coffee Shops” into the search. The staff here are very polite,they always engage in conversation whilst you are waiting to collect ,I was served by Chloe and amber I asked their names because of the great customer service they provided, will be going again.
