They have to find a way to isolate the sitting area, it’s freezing, and you can’t use your laptop because it will face the people queuing, so there is no privacy if you’re doing some work
Amazing staff I had the worst day ever and Anna Alex and Veejay were absolutely amazing they not only helped calm me down they offered to allow me to charge my fone if I needed it and even tho i bought a coffee (I needed one) they also gave me iced water and watched my fone and luggage while I went out for a ciggerette totally amazing team so lovely and polite really should give them a excellent appraisal i am even gonna call head office as they went beyond their remit to help...read full review

I’m extremely happy about the customer service. An African woman (who was in the till)told me to take a seat and she will serve the drink. She was pleasant and helpful towards me. But the costa card scanning thing was not working except that all good:)
