I was stuck at Frankley for almost 6 hours awaiting recovery. Having sat for some time in Costa as they had the only comfortable seats the young lady who was working approached me and said she was due to finish shortly and I had been there bearly as long as her. She very kindly offered me a drink as I had been there so long and it was cold. She insisted on making me a coffee and as I was the only person there chatted to me for a while.
