I've been using this place since the 90"s. Same owner, (and it should be called Grandads as I only ever see him cooking n serving). Traditional Carribean fare. There always some sort of soup, absolutely love his curry mutton and oxtail dinners too! If I'm there on a Friday I'll check what fish he's prepared and always has atleast 3 fish options. A friend took me here for food the last time I was working in Birmingham (10 years ago). I've been sent back again and found the place by accident as it's round the corner from where I'm staying, what a great coincidence. The foods excellent, the service is super friendly. Every street corner should have a Granny's takeaway to feed the hungry souls.

Wonderful place to dine and eat the food is excellent and would recommend to anyone who would like to experience real authentic Caribbean food...Vegetarian options: Real Caribbean Vegetarian meals
