i’m confused if i like costa coffee more or Gregg’s coffee more. although both are solid 10/10 for coffees unlike starbucks which has some kind of coffee syrup added in water kind of a taste, i’d say i just added 2 sugar for greggs to make it sweeter whereas i usually add around 5 at costa coffee just to cut the bitter coffee taste. we have tried a few of ready to eat baked items too and all were great. it also has a reward system so all the UK residents, don’t forget...read full review

I was served by a lovely lady named Amena her customer service skill ate brilliant and she was very kind. It’s really rare nowadays to receive impeccable customer service. First time I went there too so definitely will be going back.

The best Greggs branch and even better thanks to the employees, in particular the tall handsome fella called Abdallahi. Was very patient with me at the till and had a great enthusiastic vibe with him. 5/5 Customer service!
