Went here with the family for lunch whilst in Birmingham for shopping - my first visit to Five Guys. Can't fault the food - the burger was great, as were the chips, but for the amount you're paying the restaurant itself felt a bit like a kebab shop you might visit at the end of a night out, with loads of people queuing to place an order and another load queuing to collect one.
