I ordered food and the service by the staff was appalling. No respect to the customer and was very rude.If the staff do not want to serve the public then they are in the wrong job!The Manager had a sullen face too.Its a shame that we had to experience this kind of service. Bought takeaway from this branch but so disappointed! Overall flavour NOT the expected KFC as previously eaten. Chips were cold and had a weird taste. What on earth was the big flat piece of chicken? Pure bone. What have you done KFC with the scrumptious flavour it's totally unenjoyable!

Just came here 8th December @1530 to collect a 12 boneless feast , as we had an issue with our previous visit ,and I must say kerry who is the manager had everything running like clockwork, and all the staff seemed really organised, kerry personally assisted me and made sure everything was in order, which I felt was professional and friendly service, keep up the great work all ,and we look forward to coming back soon : )
