Had a lovely visit today with my new date, wine and food very good and will go back again when I’m in the area, however I’ll require a new date as that didn’t go as well but we did enjoy our time in the garden, back on the dating web sites tomorrow but I’ll be using this pub for all my new first dates in the future.

We ordered Nachos for a late afternoon snack, good selection of draught cider on offer, bar and seating areas kept very clean and tidy, polite staff and toilets were kept nice and tidy. Great little pub to have a few drinks and snack on a summer evening!Kid-friendliness: Nice beer garden with a little park for the kids to play on, ideal little secluded pub to have a chilled out pint and a few snacks on a summer evening.
