Attending an event in the area, I decided on this hotel, it was easy to get to and find and close enough to the venues I needed to be at, in Tipton. What a find! Huge hotel but the staff go above and beyond to be polite and courteous. From check in to ordering at the bar to breakfast and check out. The room was clean, beds are comfy, towels fluffy. Staff friendly and welcoming, facilities very good, room excellent and super clean, bar area fresh and clean, pool area and changing facilities well maintained and tidy, pool area noisy due to constant jacuzzi sounds, had a little problem with padlocks for changing rooms otherwise great pool service, breakfast is poor quality, poor choice and very overpriced so suggest finding an alternative
