A few weeks ago we ate in five guys in new street station. It was shocking, low level fast food at gourmet restaurant prices. We walked into the McDonald's here and commented it was far more upmarket than five guys! This was really nice for a McDonald's, we were pleasantly surprised. We were flying through on a trip down south and stopped for a quick toilet stop and hash brown snack. Food was piping hot, toilets were clean and it was all in all a good pit stop!

We obviously picked a very busy time (of day and year). The food wasn't as hot as it could have been but it was OK. Don't think there was any salt on the fries.Parking: A lorry was making a delivery in the car park; people eating were asked to move their cars.
