Just had an evening meal as we were staying elsewhere. The set meal was very good and the waitress service equaled the food ?. Shame that no Dijon mustard/French mustard was available and I was a bit surprised that there was a surcharge of £4 for having steak on the "set" menu. Stayed in Birmingham South Hall Green, to visit B'ham uni next day. Got there late- lovely welcome from Steve on the front desk, chatting and checking we had what we needed, good night's sleep too - surprisingly quiet. For my teenager and myself, great first impression that set her up for a positive uni visit the following day:-)

Lovely clean room in hotel close to where our daughter lives. Curtains a little worn so loses a star. Extra pillows/towels and toiletries in bathroom welcome extras. We have stayed before and will use again. Recommended.
