I love the B&C and always enjoy the food. Unfortunately I took 2 friends yesterday for lunch and it was quite disappointing. The service was good and we were asked if everything was ok and we said it was. There were others eating in the garden room and I didn't want to make a fuss. I had coronation chicken sandwich and there was sauce oozing over the plate but in all I had 3 really tiny pieces of chicken. One of my friends had the pork starter with gem leaves and pork only. I feel I always write the same as there's nothing I can complain or moan about here. The quality and quantity of the food is always amazing, the staff are always efficient and helpful. As always yet another wonderful Sunday lunch

Not much to add other than our meal was perfect ... the kitchen produced an exceptional meal which was served by kind and friendly staff...this is by far one of the best lunches we have had recently... please keep it up....NR
