Popped in for lunch driving back home to Shropshire. Lovely fresh cobs and chips plus a lush winter warmer gingerbread latte. Nice to see Dave as it's been almost 40yrs since we left school!
I popped in for a quick pint and ended up staying for hours because of how friendly the bar staff were. Trudy and Dave are the owners and have their own friendly dogs and the pub is dog friendly, there are lots of different beers and ciders on taps and happy to have it as my local and will be going more often. Is a good environment, staff are very pleasant and beer is good, just knocked off a star as place needs some work doing inside as where we sat there was mould all on the wall and ceiling.
