I'm not a fan of Wetherspoons, largely because the owner of the chain is vile. Generally, I try to avoid visiting any of them.However, I recognise that aside from the politics of the owner, they are well run, clean and sell drinks and food at good prices.(I was invited for a 'retirement do' and my respect for the retiree had to override any personal prejudices.)
3 stars for food as we didn't eat, just had a bee. Google really needs to sort it's ratings sytem. But otherwise the beer was good, there was a really nice almos and we had a good time at the venue. Recomended.
