We were greeted at the door by Susan with a big smile on her face, got us to our seats quickly even with it being a busy night..Susan also took our order, and ensured our meal was ok when we had received a real credit to the team!Food was lovely, overall a pleasant evening.
Visited here after having been treated disrespectfully and spoken to rudely at the Wolverhampton branch. Daughters birthday, she wanted Nando’s! Came here, Didn’t mention what had just happened. But wow the staff and management here were just 7 star. Manager came over randomly with a plate full of wings, told her we didn’t order it, she said she knew but who doesn’t deserve a free plate of wings! With a huge smile on her face.
