We visited on a busy December lunchtime service. We didn’t have the set Christmas menu instead going for the best of the a la carte. We shared a prawn cocktail which was excellent and a good size too. Mains of an open steak and kidney pie had loads of both steak and kidney. The stuffed porcetta was beautifully cooked. The selection of food on the menu was great, and all of the dishes we had were just superb. We really didn’t need a desert after the a,axing starters and mains, but as all the other food was so good, we just had to! Excellent service, on what was clearly a busy day as well. Can’t wait to go back!

A very good place for a meal and booking is advisable. Price, quality, quantity and service is just right. The menu choice is extensive. There is a car park at the back which could do with marking of each bay as some customers park inconsiderately.
