I don't know where to begin - extremely disappointing experience for Mother's Day. We were completely ignored by the staff upon arrival. There were no chairs available at our table, and we were instructed by the staff to find our own. Additionally, the table was both wobbly and dirty. The food was atrocious; The scone completely disintegrated into crumbs, sandwiches were an eighth of a slice and stale, When we inquired about this, the staff informed us that they had been prepared since early morning and left in the fridge. Overall, a terrible experience.

Dropped in for a coffee. Much bigger area than I thought it would be. Wide choice of food offered although we did not partake.

This place is getting better every visit. The cakes are really good. An independent garden centre - more a plant nursery and cafe without all the frippery of the big 'same here/same there' centres. So, don't expect swish and warm!Vegetarian options: Vegetarian options mixed with sections, so pizzas/ jackets etc have some options. Can ask to adjust some ingredients.

Got the “Stone-Baked- Pizza” Americano(fair price for it) soft and comfy sofas - cute farm house vibes - Though that is very fine - The service was mid ok - the cashier didn’t have patience for us at all (even though the cafe wasn’t busy) she even tutted at us !Parking: Parking available anytime of the day , it has a couple of spots RIGHT outside the CAFE .Wheelchair accessibility: It’s Accessible aswell as the main toilets

A hidden gem near Hassocks and Burgess Hill with excellent sandwiches, cakes and even hot pizza. Bountiful indoor and outdoor seating. Highly recommend.

Have been here numerous times, was very quiet, probably due to the hot weather, excellent home made scones! Have had breakfast and lunch here before as well as a cream tea, always really good food. It does need smartening up a bit through - lovely outdoor area with a huge gazebo but there was quite a bit of bird poo on chairs and table. Locals, please support this lovely place, they are expanding their garden plants which all look healthy

This a a great little place to eat and drink away from the busy high St or town centre. It's situated in a fixed tent like errection that it shares with a small plant nursery but don't let that put you off. Friendly staff, nice food and quirky surroundings...we love it there.

Excellent cafe. Great coffee and food and served with a smile. Can't ask for more than that.

Edit to a review:A year ago this was a lovely little place. But sadly two more recent visits over the last 5 months have seen a drop in standards. Food is of a much lower standard, clearly reheated with cold spots and hot spots. This is a casual place to eat, but it always had high standards before. It's a shame because it's so local, but I doubt we'll be back.Really lovely little Cafe, had a super tasty jacket spud with a very yummy coleslaw, lovely plants to see and buy as well.

Popped by with the family on Sunday. Nice clean environment, clean high chair for my niece too. Gluten free options was a bonus, and a beautiful cream tea. We found a little haven!
