Second time at this Indian. While visiting my friend in Hassocks. I had the best Peshwari naan bread I’ve ever had. The food was very tasty, wine good, service great. Looking forward to coming back again.
Sunam staff are friendly and swift to take the phone order. We ordered a meal for 3, and our foods were all beautifully hot, freshly cooked and delicious. The dishes included chicken tikka..very well cooked, moist and hot. Prawn dansak was excellent, definitely recommend this and the peshwari nan was a cushiony coconut delight! It was the first time visiting Sunam since moving to Hassocks. This is an authentic Indian Restaurant with a traditional atmosphere and the food was good. The service was good also. This is not a modernised restaurant but that was the authentic feel and I hate when an Indian restaurant modernise and becomes clinical. Highly recommended as a traditional Indian night out.
