I didn't stay at the hotel. I visited the restaurant for Sunday lunch today, without having a table reserved. The staff were fantastic - helpful, friendly & efficient. I had roast lamb with Yorkshire pudding, roast potatoes, cauliflower cheese, greens & red cabbage. It arrived shortly after I had ordered & was very tasty. I followed that with dessert & coffee. The Castle Inn Hotel is situated in the picturesque village of Bramber.I dropped in the pub for a spot of lunch and a pint. Friendly staff served me from a well stocked bar. I went for a pint of Harvey's Sussex - clear and hoppy just as it should be.I didn't want a full blown meal just a snack. I speak from experience when I say the food here is very good and nicely presented but best of all delicious.Free public car park is directly opposite and has always had parking spaces...read full review
I stayed here for a night last night and it's great! Perfect location in a beautiful village, comfy, clean rooms and a absolutely mega breakfast (and for a price that VERY reasonable!)The staff were so welcoming and friendly. I'll definitely be booking again when I'm next down here.
