Been here a few times recently all because of the service we received from Louise!! She was amazing, great with the children and I couldn’t fault her. A few months back we went to another vintage and had the worst experience so I’m really glad we decided to try here instead. It’s was so great we had to bring along family to enjoy too.I really hope Louise receives all the recognition she deserves, thank you for being so kind.- Chelsea
Due to the ongoing flood defence work outside, the pub and restaurant were really quiet. Access is not made easy with 3-way traffic lights and this work must be really hurting passing trade. All in all, we were well looked after; quite a long wait for food, but what came was generally well cooked and tasty.Parking: Due to the ongoing flood defence work, half the car park is temporarily lost and one way in/out due to temporary traffic lighting.

We went for our daughters birthday lunch .5 adults 1 great granddaughterThe food excellent, service great notgreat as it was not very busy.the play was clean and tidy.the car park was not clean and tidy but not the George and dragons fault as an on going major repairs work has been going on for months.this matter should not put you off going!!!
