Booked as part of a birthday gift and a weekend away, the main hotel, bar and reception all OK with friendly staff and the unique atmosphere of the wooden log building, which was different. Really like the location. The lodges are very cosy. Food was good too. We had a problem with noisy neighbours (loud music, and left their dog in their room whilst they were out, so the dog was barking when it was alone). Definitely a disappointing experience. There were 5 of us who had booked an overnight stay deal for a Saturday night. This included a 50 minute treatment each with access to the spa facilities on the Saturday afternoon.
