01/05/23: back again, still a good choice of craft ale and dog friendly. [photo update]12/08/22: Hebden Bridge Ale Trail: The Albert pub, The Famous Albert, formerly The Albert Hotel. A Victorian style pub throughout, decorative adornishments on the walls, unusual light fittings and a smattering of musical instruments amidst two quirky rooms, with a small benched seating area outside. Set on a plot of triangular land, this pub offers a few craft ales and an extensive gin list.

Spent a lovely couple of hours here soaking in the atmosphere and good ale. Lots on offer, Black Sheep and Theakstons on draught which was perfection. The bar staff were very friendly and welcoming. The decor was lush with quirky art, ornaments and plants. Just a stones throw from the station. Was the best pub we visited in Hebden Bridge by far!
