Great pub with friendly service. Dog friendly. Cosy interior. Good selection of beers. It's great to sit outside with a pint on a nice summer evening. We like to meet with friends here to have a nice time.
What a fantastic proper pub. Almost wish we lived in Huddersfield. No big tele's all over, just a small one where folks could watch the live rugby. It was turned off as soon as it finished. Fine in house beers complimented by some cask landlord for those who are less adventurous.Can't wait to go back

Lovely spot full of lovely people. Service with a smile and dogs are welcome. Stunning inside and out. We didn't try food so unfortunately I can't rate it. We will return. We visited after a muddy walk so we looked a little worse for wear. Nobody seemed fased by our muddy appearances.
