The front of the building is very imposing.Inside has been transformed in a sympathetic way to maintain the historic aspects of the building.As you sit down. There are bell presses located around, unfortunately you still have to go to the bar to get a beer.The beers on offer, include the usual splattering of lagers. Lovely pub. Spent a very enjoyable evening drinking very well kept Moretti. Fantastic views across the Colne Valley from well maintained Beer garden, inside offering a pool table and online jukebox with an amazing selection of music. Would certainly return.

Great views from the beer garden, but this pub should be something better than it is. Never feel very welcome when I go in here; the bar staff make it feel like it is a real chore to serve you.
