Friendly staff and clean, room size OK, TV had lots of channels and continental breakfast was good if you like cereal and toast. if you want a cheap one or two nights in the area it'll do, but it is a very tired hotel, you can't open the windows because the M62 motorway noise is consistantly loud all night long, and if you close them you cook because the heating was on full blast and no amount of changing the thermostat cured that. Great for a couples night away ! Greeted by Joanne who also works on the bar and pulls the best pints ;) Joanne gave us the best recommendations of where to go to eat and drink whilst the kitchen at the hotel was temporarily unavailable! Joanne was very welcoming and friendly ! Would highly recommend will defiantly be returning! Also looks like a stunning wedding venue defiantly in the summer with the stunning garden and surroundings! Thank you Brooke & Jordan
