Popped in as we were gasping for a drink. A little cramped inside but ample room outside. A little dated but excellent service at the bar and reasonably priced too. Wouldn't hesitate to visit again if in the vicinity.
Social visit...nice Blonde( beer ?) ..tried chocolate old peculiar.....could have stayed all night ?? best of luck at your charity event 26th Aug. Hope you fill your band gap ??. Will call again

This pub has definitely improved with the new management. A really good out of town pub well supported by the local community. On my last visit four cask ales on offer and the one sampled was in excellent condition and well served by friendly attentive staff.
