Friendly staff, awful back car parks. Badly laid out. Overflow too uneven. Awash with litter. Always waiting outside which is annoying as it is busy enough to warrant an extension going into the car park behind, and the overflow car park being resurfaced and tidied up with a lovely layout would solve this in a heartbeat. Also annoying how this would easily create a seating area like most Greg’s bakeries have yet nobody has suggested this. It would even bring in more business...read full review

The gregs itself was ok , the area it resides in isn't, if the parking spaces for gregs (front & back of shop) are taken , the side of greggs is watched by a man with a cctv system & (parking charge) invoices are issued for £60 for (stopping) misusing the protection of freedoms act 2012 fraudulently obtaining our keeper details & addresses, the ex- wheel clamping company that control that road issue parking charge notices & yet they do not offer parking. Visited a number of times, handy location seconds off the outer ring road and M621. We parked in the provided car park, so no problem with fines other people have mentioned. Served really quickly, by friendly staff. Always well stocked with all usual Greggs food options. I usually call in on my way to Elland Road, but not at regular meal times, so I have never seen it overly busy. This said, there is always someone else in and I can see why it is so popular.
