Me and my wife visited La Taberna on Saturday night our last visit was a couple of years ago - they did not disappoint. We loved every single dish and the waiter was very helpful with dish recommendations. The whole experience from the staff to the music and ambience was spot on. Would definitely recommend aubergine frites and the chorizo is the best I have tasted. Will certainly not be leaving 2 years before our next visit. Nestled away down a quiet street and down a flight of stairs lies one of the most pleasant surprises I've had in years. The restaurant is warm, welcoming and the smells of the food hit you the minute you walk through the door. The host and owner is welcoming and always willing to let you know what the dishes are and what went into creating them. The best Tapas in Leeds, hidden gem near the train station well worth a visit. Will definitely be back. Staff were very attentive and made sure every need was met. Every dish was 5/5 and very filling.
