Over 1hr waiting for delivery food delivered stone cold again seems to be a thing lately. Quality is good but no customer contact at all if running late and not fresh if delivered stone cold. Probably sent out with multiple drops food wasn't even in a delivery bag to keep warm ??♂️
New menu, means when ordering a pizza, you can't click on the no button and select what you don't want. So I ordered pepperoni pizza and didnt want peppers. Added a note for the restaurant stating this. Arrived with peppers and missing a drink. Clearly not reading the note. What if I had a allergy to something. They won't know, coz they are ignoring the notes. Very disappointed.

I never order online, i give them a call and pickup so can never leave a review. so its a really great place, isn't super eye catching but the guys are friendly and the mega meals are awesome and have a good price.. food quality is good, your not going to be getting 5* michelin star stuff but its perfect for a nice takeaway meal. I would encourage everyone in the crossgates area to try it out. for me its a 5*
