Terrible, slow service, got drinks, there were no teaspoons, waited 30 mins for a breakfast which came cold in a bowl as no clean plates, also then had to wait as no clean cutlery, coffee was luke warm.
My experience today was shocking.Over half an hour for something so simple. 32 minutes my food took to come out. A man who had only just come in and ordered his food who was next behind us got his meal which was the same as ours had his food within 5 of ordering. How come it works like that?Now I work in hospitality and catering myself.. this was a shambles. There was an older lady who was huffing at puffing at everybody. Perfectly reasonable supermarket cafe. Friendly welcome, good service. Food arrived in decent time and was well presented. Yes, there are things I could quibble about but at £6.50 for a decent brekkie, I’m not complaining at all! The water dispenser was a nice feature - free filtered and chilled water.Plenty of space, level access.
