I celebrated my BIG birthday with a lunch party for 17 people at Claret Jug on Dec. 3rd. on the recommendation of a friend who had her birthday party there. After several phone calls we met the events organiser in person who sorted things out for us. The menu caused a bit of a problem as we were offered the Sunday lunch. We had a fantastic stay at Oulton Hall. The service as exceptional from the waiter serving us afternoon tea (which was delicious!) to the staff in the health club and restaurant. No request was too big and we felt exceptionally well looked after.The rooms were comfortable and stylish and the steak in the restaurant was one of the best cooked steaks I’ve had in some time! We will definitely be back! Thank you Oulton Hall!

Huge thanks to all the team. We had a small family based 'hen' weekend with spa. The whole experience was lovely and the staff were fantastic, even when it seemed all guests decided 9.30 was breakfast time on Sunday- they remained polite, positive and efficient, with plenty of everything available!
