Liley Ln, MirfieldThe pub itself is lovely, very cosey and in a nice spot.Service was good. 2 out of the 4 meals ordered were enjoyed.What could be improved? The steaks. We ordered 2 sirloins, 1 medium, 1 medium rare. Both arrived over cooked on the outside, and rare on the inside. The outside was very chewy.I mentioned this when asked how everything was as we paid and was given the answer, oh well, I'll pass that on to the chef but there's not much he can do because of the stove/grill being old!I found that reply bizarre, if the chef can't control the stove and cook to guests preferences, maybe you shouldn't have steak on the menu.We would visit again but definitely avoid the steak.

54 a, Highgate Ln, Lepton, HuddersfieldThe pizza was absolutely stunning. The service was excellent and friendly. And the burgers were juicy and fresh, well worth trying this place. Definitely going to order again ?It’s a highly recommended
