The pub itself is lovely, very cosey and in a nice spot.Service was good. 2 out of the 4 meals ordered were enjoyed.What could be improved? The steaks. We ordered 2 sirloins, 1 medium, 1 medium rare. Both arrived over cooked on the outside, and rare on the inside. The outside was very chewy.I mentioned this when asked how everything was as we paid and was given the answer, oh well, I'll pass that on to the chef but there's not much he can do because of the stove/grill being old!I...read full review

First time visit at Hare & Hounds.Greeted lovely by Sophie who showed us to a table by the warm fire as we were cold.. Jacob served us and was very polite & friendy. Food was excellent and prepared by Chef Daniel .. will be coming back again next month.. lovely

Excellent service from start to finish. Every encounter was exceptional and the food was very high quality. Kirsty offered excellent assistance and accommodated any changes and questions needed.
