New Mill Rd, Brockholes, HolmfirthA nice local pub. Lots of regulars. Food is cheap and cheerful. Nicely decorated. The landlady is great, always organising events for the local community - Help for Heroes, Halloween stuff and other fund raising events. Pool table and darts board. Toilets clean and nicely decorated (the ladies.)

Travellers Rest
88 New Mill Rd, Brockholes, Honley, HolmfirthWe have just spent a couple of hours here 13/06/25. The warm welcome made us feel like we were regular visitors to the pub. We had the fish and chips which was very nice and really good value for money.

53 Wooldale Rd, HolmfirthYes, this is a "locals" pub BUT DO NOT let this put you off!Warm welcome from the team. A warm welcome from the "locals" and we're not that local but well worth a drive / walk out.Good beer. Oldie worldie, traditional country pub. Lovely place. Will be back.

The Cafe at Totties
Downshutts Ln, HolmfirthThere are not many places that can accommodate 28 motorcyclists descending all at once for lunch on a Sunday, but that is exactly what the Olive Tree Bistro did yesterday. The staff were incredibly friendly, food to a high standard and served quickly. The cafe was very clean and tidy. It is certainly somewhere we will be returning to. Many thanks. DEVOUR
Luke Ln, Thongsbridge, HolmfirthTook myself and my 2 adult daughters on a recent traditional Neapolitan pizza making course, we had such a lovely experience, very informative, fantastic venue, lovely friendly staff and exceptional food. We're looking forward to coming back and hoping for a longer Italian cookery course in the new teaching building.
