I was visiting Otley and selected the Red Pepper after scanning Tripadvisor reviews. Happy to confirm that this is a decent Indian restaurant which offers good service and a nice range of dishes at reasonable prices. Poppadoms, main dish with rice and Kingfisher was about £23. The usual hot towel plus chocolate was provided. My only observation is that decor is quite simple and space is at a premium so maybe not the place for a romantic tête-à-tête.
Exceptional food, amazing & attentive staff, immaculately clean, a nice chilled atmosphere & great value for money alcoholic drinks a very good price tooHighly recommend this restaurant

Great food, good price. Exactly the sort of old fashioned curry experience we were after, popadoms and a pickle tray, mixed kebab starter and good curries for the main. All good. Apart from the coffee-do not bother getting this!
