I enjoyed it very much but the only thing was that we had a hot chocolate and the assistant put vanilla flavouring in and had the cheek to charge me for it when we didn't ask for it.
I worked in Pontefract for 11 months and went in daily for my Latte! Leaving this review for the staff as they are fab! Great customer service, they even got to know my order and have it ready for me! Perfect way to start the day! The ladies definitely deserve a well done ??❤️

Disappointing, as at lunch time when we called, there was a very limited availability of sausage rolls, cheese and onion, steak, chicken, pasties and other bakes. Forced to have pizza slices with our hot drinks.
