After ordering from Pizza Jim for over a year I noticed an inconsistency when it came to the food, sometimes it'd show up perfect with crispy, well seasoned fries and other times they'd come unseasoned and soggy. The pizza is a bit more consistent, although sometimes the dough can be a little bit undercooked but as for the cheese and tomato it's got a very solid flavour. Beautiful food, welcoming staff.Pity about the lads that come in and think it's cool and acceptable to vape stood next to you. Would be much better if the staff actually said something to them and didn't act like it was a normal occurrence.Breathing second-hand vape fumes is the last thing I want when waiting for a food order. It knocked me sick.

Ordered on the app. Recommend delivery time was 45 minutes. Food arrived after 1hr and 5 mins and the driver having to ring me up and ask where I live. The food was cold and had to warmed in the oven before consuming.
